| All I can say is everything was extremely good. We were on high leaving this place. It was nice and romantic. We really loved it because it was hiden and not in the open. rooms were very comfortable. We will be returning again and to the Idle Awhile

| We stayed at Idle Awhile for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Location is perfect, staff are very friendly and rooms are great. If we ever make it back we would definately stay there again. Only problem is for light sleepers as crickets churp quite loudly, otherwise you should not hesitate.

| We really loved the privacy that the foliage created around our room and porch. It is right on the beach so it is very convenient. Friendly staff and good service. Need to have a bigger sign we passed it a couple of times before finding it. But overall it was great.

| This hotel is beautiful. It's small and intimate, despite being in the middle of the main beach. The rooms are very nice. For the price, it was very nice. Definitely will return!

| We loved Idle Awhile. It is by far the nicest place in its category on the beach (3 stars, boutique hotel, not all-inclusive, family-run, etc.). But it's not a hotel that has service 24 hours a day. We had to unclog our own toilet because no one is on grounds after 9pm. But there was good security, good bar and restaurant (great breakfast!), and the people were very nice. THe beach is also the nicest part of 7-mile beach. I HIGHLY recommend Idle Awhile. You get your own private veranda too-it's amazing.

| We enjoyed our vacation to Jamaica and the Idle Awhile Resort. The hotel was clean and comfortable although we missed the comfort of having a coffee pot in the room. The staff were all friendly and efficient and the food was very good. We had breakfast at the hotel everyday during our stay at Idle Awhile. My only warning to you is that the service is sometimes slow so don't be in a hurry. We reserved an Oceanview room which cost a bit more than the Gardenview room "tip" save your money you cannot see the ocean from the ocean view room what you really get is a peak at the ocean from the room because of all the beautiful foliage that surrounds the property.

| just got back 4-17-06 ,the grounds and hotel are awsome,we had ocean view room (limited because of palms ).you can walk the entire beach and a 4.00 cab ride to the cliffs and ricks cafe (hint ,past ricks cafe on the right is a little local bar with awsome views of the sea and cliffs and views of ricks cafe without all the people and high prices ,ask the bartender to show you the cliff side hamock ,you will not be dissapointed !).on the beach stop at the boat bar ,and arthurs rasta bar for some real culture!

| we enjoyed the laid-back vibe of the hotel. its landscaping made a small lot feel secluded and tropical. the food at the restaurant could have been fresher. we would definitely come back.

| We enjoyed our stay at Idle. The deluxe room was large and nice with a veranda outside our room. It was very relaxing in the evening and the tree frogs added alot to the enjoyment. The resort area was emaculate unlike some of the other resorts along the beach. Beach was great with cushions for lounging which also could be used as a float in the water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good, we should have ate there more. Coffee is always ready at the beach restaurant by 7 AM. No complaints. Ready to gho back soon.

| Will definitly go back to Idle Awhile. Lush foliage surrounds the rooms. A ceiling fan is outside on the outdoor terrace to help cool off. Air-conditioning inside, or the option to open huge windows and let in the fresh air. Room was mopped down top to bottom everyday. Food and service was excellent.
