| An extremely new 5-storey hotel, opened in 2004, ideal for those looking for a cheap but pleasant hotel not far from the centre. The rooms, which are quite small, offer every essential comfort.

| I was trying to find a good hotel en St.Petersburg but all of them were very expensive. Then i've found this one which is not so expensive and offers a good service, people speaking english at reception (in Russia sometimes its not like this) and an incredible cheese cake at breakfast. The room was not big, but ok and clean. It is 10 minutes from the metro station, which is not a problem on summer. I think its was a good deal.

| Not too far from the sights, but way cheaper than most hotels. The inclusive breakfast adds $15-20 per night of value to the price you pay for the room. Bring a laptop computer with a LAN port and cable to use the free internet in the room. If not, you can check your e-mail in the lobby, but not as convenient. Ask for extra pillows unless you like to sleep flat on the bed. You will hear noise in the hallway because the doors can not be closed quietly no matter how hard you try. You do have to deal with no control over your room temperature, but that is a Russian thing.
