| We stayed at this hotel as a convenient mid-point between the airport and Bristol. It was right off the freeway, very easy to find, just follow the signs. Nice quiet rooms, great continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful to provide directions to the local mall, easy on, easy off. Will go back to this hotel, the next time we go to the race.

| This was our first time at this Best Western. My husband and I stayed here when moving our youngest son into the dorm at UTK. We've been coming to Knoxville for several years - this is our 2nd child at UTK - and this was the best hotel room we've had in Knoxville. Employees were friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good - much more than we were expecting. Good value. We will definitely stay here again.

| This hotel was located at the half way point of my trip so I stayed here twice. It is pretty new. The hotel is located close to restraunts and gas stations. So the location was great for getting that evening bite and in the morning getting gas and back on the road. I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast that was served. Not only was there rolls, cereal, and fruit, they also served biscuits and gravy and had a waffle iron there for fresh waffles.

| Our hotel was very nice. There was an odor of smoke in the 3rd floor hallway, though not in our room. The pool was definitely not heated, as was stated, my poor Arizona raised girls froze! The cleaning staff kept taking the sheets for the sofa sleeper out of the room, and not leaving extras. Breakfast was nice, though more fruit variety than fruit cocktail would of been nice. In general we were very pleased, and would stay there again.

| Everything good that you have read about this hotel is true. We did have a problem with our room type (2 queens) being overbooked but they gave us a king suite instead. The beds were very comfortable.

| This was the second stay for us at Best Western Strawberry Inn. We found it to be very clean, quiet and comfortable, with a pleasant staff. I am sure we will be staying there again, and would recommend it freely to any of our friends.
