| When in Nashville! Staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Good location for getting around to the major draws in Nashville including the Gaylord Entertainment Center for concerts. Small on-site market plus more within walking distance. Hotel shuttle very helpful too. Oh and the beds ... most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. And I can say that too, with my bad back and all. Overall, excellent hotel for your next trip to Nashville. Bill in CT.

| I was definitely not in Boston anymore. All of the staff was helpful, polite, and they had a different approach to taking time with guests. Loved the courtesy van that will drop you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel and pick you up for the return trip with a phone call.

| I asked for conditioner; they were "out". I did not realize going in that I would be charged extra for parking. The exercise room is not in the same building as the guest rooms. The staff was very nice, professional.

| Registration was quick and efficient, the valets were friendly and informative. Good location to downtown Nashville events (10 min). The sunday breakfast bar was very good and a value with the many options. They had a bar I didn't get there due to time constraintsbut it was available. Overall a good place to stay and I will be back.

| Recently we stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Nashville- near Vanderbilt University. Our stay was great! The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great- near great restaurants and not far from the downtown scene. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

| The Courtyard Vanderbilt-West End is by far the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in. The bedding is fabulous. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to great dining within walking distance and it's only a short drive to downtown attractions. We have stayed in many hotels in Nashville but will definitely choose the Courtyard West End for all future trips. A+ for comfort, service and convenience.
