| The location is in the center of the village and close to everything. The staff is very friendly and accomodating (accomodated our request for early check-in by offering an upgraded room at a surcharge we agreed to, and accomodated our request for late check-out without charge). The rooms are comfortable, although it's tougher to sleep on queen beds when one is used to a king. And although our room was facing the fire station, we only heard sirens once during the day, so it wasn't a disturbance (but something you may want to consider when getting your room). The pool and two hot tubs are nice.

| Stayed in a 2-bedroom with another couple and this was THE best in Whister. Plenty of space, 2 baths, full kitchen (execept oven). Slab granite counter tops in baths and kitchen areas. Very comfy and luxurious. Even though we stayed in the summer, would go back in the winter as there is ski/boot storage privs in the Mountainside Pan Pacific. You will not be dissapointed.

| This was one of the nicest hotels weve stayed in. An upscale boutique hotel, but still very family friendly. The pool, spas, work out facilities were nice with exceptional views of the mountains. The continental breakfast was very nice. All staff members were courteous and helpful. The room was very nice, the one bedroom suite slept 4 comfortably, the fireplace was an added bonus, marble/stainless steel kitchen, the room was serviced every day as well. The location was impeccable, right in the village, but on the edge so the views were great of the mountains.

| The service at this hotel was beyond excellent! Every employee we passed, no matter what time of day or night, had a big smile on their face and said hi. They were all ready to help with whatever we needed, whenver we needed it. The food was great too. This hotel is also located just up the stairs from the village center. It was great! We went for our honeymoon, and plan to go back next month with the whole family :)

| We were very impressed by the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre. We had a 2 bedroom suite that we shared with four people total, 1 infant and 3 dogs. Believe it or not, it did not feel cramped at all. The living space was a good size and the bedrooms were lovely. It was great to have a kitchen as well. They use Aveda products which was a treat and the Frette sheets were wonderful. Great location, right near the path to the upper village and right in the heart of the lower village. We will definitely be going again!
