| I came there and stayed in the room most of my trip... everything was wonderful.. the food wasn't all but it was edible. The room was great, view was good. Pillows were AWESOME and bed was very comfortable... Rented a movie and didn't have access to rewind the movie, also there was a half hour were we couldn't access the movie... Front desk said service was down for a bit... Wireless internet was good to have, wish there was a tub in the room to soak in..but I should have known that before booking... Overall a very satisifing experience.

| The hotel was quite well maintained and the rooms were not really big, but overall comfortable. The front desk and room service were friendly. They should have probably had a directory or more menu options, as the hotel's room service meals were quite pricey, but very good! But excellent location, close to Square One shopping center, the bus terminal, theatres, & good restaurants nearby.Everthing in walkable distance. Overall: ***1/2

| Room and service were very reasonable - I actually like new Novotel room design - with few significant minuses: 1) overpriced restaurant (food is good though) 2) pool which looks much bigger on the picture then in real life had unbearably strong smell of chlorine all the time 3) garage parking is way overpriced. Lucikly it was holiday w/end and I could use parking lot ajacent to the hotel absolutely free, but still... While being far from downtown Toronto one could expect free paking at least. I felt being ripped off while paying for parking...

| I was very surprised at the decor of the hotel room and the overall feeling of the place. The beds were VERY comfortable and the staff was a big help. Quite the hassle-free stay.

| Upon arrival, the Novotel Mississauga looks OK; a small room w/king sized bed and reasonably clean. Soon after, the inconveniences started to outweigh the initial impression. There was an old piece of toast and jam in the mini-bar, which took several days for the staff to take out. The climate control was a problem; at night the room went from hot to cold. We were constantly turning the temperature higher and lower to try to find a comfortable temperature. After 2 nights we realized this was just not possible, so we woke up several times each night sweating or freezing, and developed sore throats. There is no vending machines anywhere in this place, so one is forced to use the expensive mini-bar for a soda. The ice machines were not working so we had to try 3 different floors to find one that worked. The restaurant and room service is extremely over-priced even for an upscale hotel (two orders of oatmeal and tea was over $15.00 in the restaurant). The wait-staff mostly inexperienced and time consuming. No fridge or microwave oven in the rooms. They don't have to be this greedy!

| We enjoyed everything about this hotel except that the pool water was really cold. (Our granddaughter is an expert when it comes to pools.) It was only a short ride back to Toronto, and the price was right.
