| This hotel was a little further out of town than we expected, but it was lovely and the view from our room was gorgeous. The receptionist and waiters in the restaurant were very friendly and the food was excellent.

| Very dirty room with bugs. We had to change from our initial room due to bugs. Hair on sheets and on floor - no vacuuming had been done. Linens and rug had holes in them.

| We stayed at the Hotel Kaiserhoff for one night in August 2005. The hotel is located a couple miles outside Salzburg, but I found it to be nice to be out of the city. The hotel was inexpensive, the staff extremely nice and helpful, and the restaurant at the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were clean and the hotel is located in the mountains so you have a great view. I definitely recommend the Hotel Kaiserhoff for people visiting Salzburg.

| Generally rude staff, poor service and poor food value in dining room. Unbelievable nightime and early morning noise from hotel support delivery services. The least favorite of our accomodations over a two week trip in the region.
