| This hotel had the friendliest, kindest staff imaginable, from Front Desk to maid service. They really went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel & my room were exceptional. It was very quiet in my room, even with a jackhammer across the street every day! It's not fancy, but its comfortable, clean & roomy. The only thing I did not like about the room was a worn out mattress on the bed. When I mentioned it at checkout, they said I should have told them sooner, so they could replace it! There are no elevators, so you have to walk up to the 2nd & 3rd floors, but they helped with the luggage & I enjoyed the exercise. I would highly recommend this hotel for families, romantic get-ways, business or leisure. And I would go back again in a minute!

| Don't let the name or pictures fool you. The staff is probably the best hotel staff Ive acquired in years; 2.5 stars dont do justice for all of the friendly staff, accomodations, and help we received during our trip. The conceirge was very helpful and friendly, and they even let us go through their snorkling gear, to see if we could take any of them to the beach with us. The staff will bend over backwards to accomodate you, and the room was definately the most comfortable. It had a kitchen, utensils, pots & pans, and they would wash our dishes and clean for us very diligently.

| I'm not into room service or fancy things so that made this hotel perfect. There were all kinds of organized events the hotel put on, mostly for free and were tons of fun. Basically in the heart of Waikiki, near the beach, and close to tons of shopping. Staff was very friendly and accomodating - ask them for directions if you need to know how to get somewhere. The kitchenette has a stove, microwave, small refrigerator, dishes and pots/pans, silverware, and cups. I strongly recommend staying here.

| Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. First trip to Hawaii.It's a timeshare resort. Patio with pool was beautiful. Employees were very nice and very eager to help.

| The picture of the Celebrity Resort on the internet does not show what it really is. When you walk inside, it takes your breath away. The rooms are clean and nice, with everything you need. There is a nice pool and a great place to relaxe. The staff are freindly and a great help. Thay have people that can help plan every day and also have activeties right at the resort. Our family will return to this resort for another family vacation.

| My family of four was very comfortable in our 1 bedroom suite. There were 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and a dining room table. The living area had a pull-out sofa bed which was surprisingly comfortable. There was also an additional sofa, which one of my children slept on. The grounds were nice. There was a koi pond which you could feed the fish. The only drawback was the parking, which was limited. We were put on a waiting list for parking, and were able to park in the lot for our last 2 nights. Parking was available at the hotel across the street for a little more money. It worked out fine. I would definitely stay here again.

| Great location in the middle of Waikiki, although it would have been nice to be closer to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Great staff. Nice functional rooms with a kitchenette. No tub, only a shower though.

| Picked this hotel based on price and we were plesantly suprised. The pool was great & very relaxing. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Just a little walk to beach & to restaurants on main street.

| If you want to be in the heart of Waikiki, this is a great place to stay. The pictures on the web do not do it justice. It is a very friendly, clean, well kept older hotel. The front desk staff were 5 star. A very warm welcome and a pleasent greating everytime you come in or go out. The laundry room was really nice. New washers and dryers and the place was real clean and felt safe. The entire place feels safe. I was there with my sister and we worry about safe and clean. We had no worries at the Celebirty.
