| The only complaint I have is that there was no pool. My grandchildren bugged me about it all weekend!

| This is a great little place. We only stayed one night. It was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was very good and the people were so nice. It's not on the strip, but is really close to everything and is pretty easy to find. I will be staying there again soon!

| Owners and hotel staff very courteous, helpful and pleasant to deal with. They serve a nice breakfast and clean rooms early. Didn't like the shower head and didn't have hot water on a Sat. morning.

| Not a lot of amenities. The pool had been removed and you had to go across the street to use their pool. I had to go to the front desk to get a hair dryer. The room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

| I based my stay on the reviews I saw here. They were right on the money! The rooms were basic, but ours had a few surprises like a small refrigerator, microwave, and jacuzzi tub! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great visit. Breakfast was outstanding...biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, juice, cereal, coffee, and milk. This fall, their new water park is scheduled to open. You could spend alot of money in Branson, but this is a great value for your dollar. You'd be nuts to stay anywhere else!

| If you are looking for no frills, just a clean place to lay your head at night, this hotel will do. Only 2 small problems, the maid didn't fully make the bed, she just put the comforter over the sheets (didn't bother to make full sheet) and our air conditioner was hard to regulate, either too cold or too hot. Other than that, it was OK.

| I would stay again. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The showers left a little to be desired. But the overall experience was great!

| very comfortable, and clean. Did not spend too much time in the room, there is a lot to do in Branson. It is located on the yellow route which is off the main strip. Less traffic, but close to everything. Outdoor pool across the street. Great eggs and biscuts and gravy for breakfast. If you want no frills and a comfortable place to sleep. This is it. Dont pay alot of money to be on the main road, Branson is small, all roads lead to some attraction. The car will get you anywhere in minutes.
