| This motel had a lot to offer: indoor pool, outdoor pool, lounge for vending machines and a microwave and a mini-fridge in every room. They even had a small descent mini-golf. Contrary to my fear of dreadful, cheap motels, it was clean and simple. The housekeeper cleaned well and left plenty of towels. Location wise, it is couple miles away from Hyannis where majority actions take place; you also take ferry from here to martha's vineyard or nantucket. Also, it's on rt.28 which is usually congested, but if you have some patience it's all worth it. We got rained out the first two days, but the indoor pool and many spectacular mini-golf around the area kept us busy and entertained. I must say, it's very family friendly. This place a full package motel. I just wish they'd offer continental breakfast.

| The main problem was that we requested a no smoking room and the room had been "converted" a couple of months ago, and it really smelled. They tried to remedy situation, but it was short lived. Otherwise, it was OK, and the mini-golf was very nice.

| This is a great family hotel. The rates are very reasonable for in season on Cape Cod. It has indoor/outdoor pools, both of which are good sized. It also has a hot tub and a small mini golf course on sight. There is also a community room with internet access and a microwave. The rooms were clean, and it's located close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

| Everything at this hotel needed maintanence. It was just very run down. Our room smelled like smoke although I was told that there was no smoking. My clothes and bags smelled like smoke when I got home. I wanted a room on the 2nd floor but was told that there were no available rooms. There was a vacancy sign out front and my brother and his wife were moved to a 2nd floor room after asking even though they checked in after we did. I really wanted to keep the sliding door open all night but couldn't do it on the first floor. I just felt like it was so dirty that I needed some air in the room.

| Needed a vacation and thought a few days on the Cape with my sister would be great. We stayed at the Mariner, swam every day in the indoor pool, and relaxed in the hot tub and sauna. The room was very comfortable and the location is great.....close to restaurants and shopping as well as the beaches. There are a couple of big mini golf places nearby, as well as billiards.

| Good location and accomodations for a shot stay. We stayed 3 nights at the end of April 2006, and went bike riding on Cape Cod Rail trail and did a whale watch from Provencetown. We used the indoor pool, and played mini-golf on their course for free. You can get a discount coupon good at several local eateries for each person, each night you stay.

| This was my second stay at the Mariner Motor Lodge. I definitely like the service and it is conveniently located on Route 28, right next door to shops and restaurants. In the summer Route 28 is very busy, but I would still stay at this hotel. The prices are always good and they even give you dining discount coupons for local restaurants.

| The motel wasn't bad, the only thing I didn't like was that the rooms have signs of no smoking, but you smell cigarette smoke all over the place.
