| Great location. It is on the bus route (from the airport). The university is well within a walking distance and it is easy to get to the city center from the hotel (you can take a bus or you could even walk to the city center as I did). So, if your stay is short, like one or two nights, I think this hotel is a good deal. However, if you stay long, you may find some inconvenience in the hotel.

| This hotel was extremely disappointing, and we have experienced rooms all around Europe. We arrived to find limited parking, our room not made up, carpeting taped down and generally poor condition of the building. We were moved to another room, but it only had 1 working light, a TV capable of one static filled channel, water on the floor of the bathroom, and mold in the shower. At least we felt safe when the three policemen arrived looking for an injured man. Some positives; The location was good for the university; the hotel was easy to find and on the bus routes; and it offered a decent breakfast. All in all though, if we weren't concerned about losing our deposit we would have left.

| We quite frankly could not believe the condition of this hotel. It was dirty, and in a very scary part of town.

| Very convenient location close to the University of Manchester, quite reasonable room rates, decent breakfast, fairly clean and comfortable room with television, but no AC, no screens in windows, and no phones or Internet connections in rooms.
