| Unfortunately the one photo provided of the lobby does not accurately portray this hotel. If you are just looking for a bed and do not care about staying in a hotel with terrible conditions then you might consider this place, however if you are looking for a comfortable stay, even for one night, do not stay here. The elevators do not have A/C and fit no more than 3-4 people max; our VERY small room smelled of cheap cologne; there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom; our remote had two cigarette burns in it; and the A/C inside the room sounded like a jet engine. Our "standard queen" bed was only a double and was hard as a rock. The hotel itself (hallways, common areas etc.) is unkept and badly in need of maintenance. This is the worst hotel experience we have ever had and I do not recommend anybody stay here, even for just one night!

| If you just want a hotel room that is fairly clean, quiet and in the heart of Manhattan, then this is your hotel. If you don't plan on spenting a lot of time in your hotel room, then I think this hotel is perfect for that type of trip. The hotel even has wi-fi! Many of the expensive hotels in New York don't even have wi-fi.

| The hotel location is what's worth of it. One block to Times Square! It is good for you to stay in it if your visit is only for a few days, not to consider for summer, I didn't see any A/C in the rooms.

| Close to Broadway and Time Square. A lot of traffic noise at night, but that's NYC! Rooms recently renovated and freshly painted. Minimal amenities, but comfortable.

| The location of this hotel couldn't be better if you are interested in the theater district, Times Sq, shopping 5th Ave. Just be sure to bring your own wash cloths, shampoo, hair dryer, coffee and coffee maker. Don't expect an ice bucket, ice, drink machine. There was a phone, TV (no remote), plenty of towels and soap, clean bed, daily housekeeping service, hot water and noisy radiator heat. We were there in the winter, did not see an air conditioner, but could have missed it.

| We went to this hotel expecting the worst after reading the reviews. It wasn't too bad, If you are looking for somewhere just to sleep and you dont want to stretch the budget, it is better than a hostel and you dont have to share a bathroom! They are currently undergoing renovations and hopefully they will be re-doing the bathrooms as they are quite old. The location was excellent, a two min walk to the centre of times square. I stayed here for 6 nights and I probably would stay here again if I was looking for something cheap, but i wouldnt stay here for as many nights.
