| This hotel was definitely a step down from what I was expecting. The "no smoking" room designation was a cruel joke--the room reeked of smoke. There were unfilled holes in the walls and doors where clothes hooks and towel racks had been ripped down, as well as other signs of long-deferred maintenance. If I hadn't been too exhausted from a long day's travel to hassle with it, I would have walked right back out and gone somewhere else. On the positive side, the bed was reasonably comfortable and it does offer a high-speed internet connection (though I had to hunt pretty hard to find it since it was a long way from the desk).

| I travel ALOT and I was in Raleigh to look for a new home to buy to relocate. I was comfortable, was able to do my research and come and go easily. It was located in a central area with lots of places nearby to eat and more. I have now stayed there twice in the last month or so and will be staying there alot in the future until my closing date. Room on the back side is the quietest, but the front was not a bad experience either. Id stay here, and recommend to anyone else to stay here. Safe, clean and reliable.

| This is the first hotel bed (out of about 50) that I have been in this year that was comfortable. Food was within walking distance, gourmet and quick serve. The hotel was close to the class that I was attending. I'll be staying there quite a bit over the next few weeks.

| It's a bit of an eye sore from the outside. The rooms were somewhat clean, but not up to the standards of most business travelers, I'd suspect.
