| Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, which is a nice change. The airport shuttle couldn't have been more convenient, coming and going. The free breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious. Kid enjoyed the pool. Will stay here again the next time I need a hotel close to the airport, absolutely.

| The hotel was exactly as we expected based on the reviews, photos and overview of services and amenities. The staff was friendly and accomadating. Their shuttle service was easy to use and very prompt. Close to airport. There wasn't a big mall nearby, but a Target, Costco and a few eateries that they will gladly shuttle you to if you don't have a car. We would definitly stay there again.

| I travel to Phoenix a lot and this is one of the nicer properties in its class. Very quite inside and out despite being close to airport flight paths. Room was clean, comfortable, almost homey. The AC was very effective in the 118 degree heat and was very quiet and inobtrusive. The complimentary breakfast was bountiful, tasty and fresh. Pool area always has some shade available and was nicely landscaped and an easy place to relax. Only negative is the staff could pay more attention to detail and not take the "it's not my job appoach" Disconcerting to see room service items and newspapers sitting for 2 days outside doors.

| The suite was wonderful, it allowed my girlfriend and I privacy when we wanted it, and space when we need it. The closet's were huge, I only wish we could have stayed more than one night to use them! The bed's were comfortable.

| We had stayed at this hotel in April and returned in July - the hotel was just as wonderful and hassle-free as the previous time. The staff is very professional and courteous. The premises is clean and well landscaped. Really easy to get to from the airport and near everything you could want (malls, local attractions, etc).

| This hotel was more than what we expected. At check in, we were given some warm cookies, that was a good treat for the night time sweet tooth. The full breakfast buffet was another treat each morning. Not just your ordinary fruit and muffins. Staff was friendly and helpful with maps. Room was large, apt like with all the amenities necessary for a stay. Definitely a be back for us!!
