| Hotel was nice and the grounds were maintained daily. The beach area was beautiful, very clean and large area to lounge. The rooms were okay for the price and were cleaned daily! AC worked very well and the kitchen comes with plates, pans, bowls, cups and silverware-very handy to have and a way to save money if you don't want to eat out every meal! They have a small mini mart and two gift shops on site! Most places don't take large US bills so the gift shop can give you plenty of $1. Small bills are handy to have around. All in all-I would go back in a heartbeat! Jamaica was amazing! Just beware of the invisible to the eye mosquitoes-don't forget the bug spray!

| A very relaxing place to stay and the staff were very helpful. Melinda at the front desk and Oral the driver who picked us up.The resturant buffet was not all that appealing. The hotel is at the quiet end of the beach and we would definately go and stay there again should we visit Negril. No surpises the Hotel was just as it stated on it's website.

| This hotel was accomodating for the price, but there were some things about it that could be improved: 1.) Privately owned hotel therefore, the hotel had its own staff outside of the staff that was already there, so there were plenty of times we tried to get service or someone to come to our room for certain things and would get no answer...this would happen for hours on end. 2.) The room had AC but the AC was only in one room(wasnt central AC) therefore if we wanted 2 stay cool at night we had to stay in the bedroom the whole night which brings me to number 3 3.) The bedroom was seperate and didnt have an TV, so.....if you wanted the luxory of looking at television in a cool environment you couldnt, because the television was in the living room where the AC was not so you would have 2 choose.....staying cool ...watching TV....staying cool....watching TV....lol Other than that it was ok.

| NBCC provided a comfy suite, not too extravagant, but w/ things like a tv, phone and room safe. Pleasant staff. Spacious & comfortable rooms, beds & pillows. Only our bedroom had an air conditioner but our living room did not. Nice balconies w/ lush garden/ocean views. Gorgeous beach is so much larger than other hotels! Beach towels you can trade in every day. Souvenir shop & mini mart on the premises, good prices & friendly workers. Can change $ at front desk or gift shop. Fitness center is not free, US $5; good enough for a workout (not air conditioned). Can check emails at Cafe Taina for $1. Well stocked kitchens. Only soap provided, bring shampoo, etc. Good showers. Iron & blow dryer at service desk. Restaurant a little overpriced but convenient (we were fans of nearby restaurant Coconut International). Everything opens a little later on Sundays. Almost-negative aspects: the air-dried bedcovers have watery, slightly musty smell. Did not bother both of us, but bring a fragrance smell to spritz on sheets if sensitive. Also, our sliding glass door to balcony was difficult to open (kinda off-track). Finally, they assured us they would not charge our card $15 if we returned the room safe key, but they did (no big deal, we are currently sorting that out w/ them). But we had a ball and would stay there again!
