| The hotel itself was in good order, and staff were respectful. The down side was a lingering chemical oder in the room. Not sure what it was. Staff claimed it was a full strength cleaning agent. We tried to switch rooms, but we would have had to take a smoking room. This room was booked in advanced, so I wouldn't have expected any issues. I guess greed superceded quality in this case.

| Overall, we were very impressed. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant staff could not have been nicer. It's our second visit and we would go back.

| Near Busch Gardens, a drive to Colonial Williamsburg. Despite hotel accepting reservation for 5, room only had 2 beds & no pull-out sofa as promised (or enough towels or an iron). Problems remedied within hour by staff bringing roll-away, extra towels and an iron. Otherwise pleasant stay. Great breakfast!

| Upon checking in I was greeted by a cheerful well trained staff. You can tell the employees of this establishment are well trained and well treated by management. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. They took care of my every need. Bravo to the employees and management of the Williamsburg Courtyard Marriott.

| Easy, short drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Willliam & Mary. Many places for quick breakfast nearby. Convenient drug store if you've forgotten something.
