| The lobby is modern and pretty. Can't say the same about the rooms, carpets and blankets are soiled, furniture is poorly maintained. Windows wouldn't close (it is winter) and the morning shower was with cold water.

| My husband and I stayed at the Dazzler Suites Arroyo for almost a week. The hotel has a great location for sightseeing, and is just a few blocks from Plaza San Martin and Florida Street. I like the modern interior design, but the rooms seem a little worn around the edges. The free internet access in the lobby is a nice perk, and for the mostpart the staff is bilingual and helpful for making tour and show arrangements.

| I was very pleased with my stay at Dazzler Suites Arroyo. The rooms were pleasant and clean, and the service was excellent! I would absolutely stay there again! It is within walking distance of great shopping, and a short taxi ride from most of the city's attractions.

| The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. But there was nothing about this hotel that would make it "memorable". The decor is fairly up to date, but something went horribly wrong in the bathrooms. They're clean and well laid-out, but the decoration is just awful. Overall, this place is perfectly fine.
