| The Bad: The rooms smelled moldy. The carpets were the oldest and dirtiest I have ever seen at a hotel. Some of the towels were dingy. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for a porter to come help with the luggage the day of checkout. I couldn't access the video checkout system. The Good: The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in a nice location with a decent view but it could do with some updating.

| My family spent 1 night in this hotel and enjoyed the location on the waterfront. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The overall condition of the hotel was rather poor. The wallpaper in the restroom off the restaurant was peeling from water damage. The tub and shower curtain in the room was mildewed and seemed very old. The sleeping area itself was clean and comfortable. I would visit again since the good outweighed the bad.

| I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The carpet was soiled and stained and the bathtub looked like it needed to be replaced. Considering the price tag for a weekend stay I was disappointed at the lack of quality. Furthermore, I expected more from a Sheraton hotel. The location is great at the water and the service was very good. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

| I booked this hotel because I felt that for the price quoted, it must be a high quality property. The first thing I noticed about the room was a musty odor, perhaps due to its proximity to water but also likely related to the time since its last renovation. Closer inspection of the hotel revealed distinct signs of wear. For the cost, it should have been gleaming. It wasn't.

| This hotel was selected because of it's location to the Spirit of Norfolk/Waterside Harbor. For the asking price, which does not include parking onsite, I thought it was a bit pricey. The lobby was well maintained, but the hallways to the rooms were a bit shabby. As for the room, the AC was quick, the bed and bedding were awesome, and the room was clean. The bathroom could do with some touch ups. I didn't eat at the restaurant. There are other hotel options available near by.

| I asked a non-smoking room, however, they prepared a tobacco-smelling dirty room without permission. Parking fee (valet parking) was $20 per day. Public parking is only $7 a day nereby. But, only 2 guys are available at the valet parking, so I have to wait for 20-30 mins to get my car. I should have never asked them for valet parking. At the restaurant, only 2 food serves are available.
