Located in the quaint northern California coastal city of Half Moon Bay, this hotel overlooks the Half Moon Bay Golf Links. The Links are actually two public, 18-hole courses - the Ocean Course and the Old Course, which was designed by Arnold Palmer. The hotel has 3600 square feet of meeting space and offers comprehensive business services. Outside, there’s a heated pool, a covered whirlpool spa and an outdoor fireplace. The hotel also has a sauna and fitness center. A complimentary deluxe Continental breakfast is served every morning. Fresh fruit is available all day in the lobby and freshly baked cookies are offered in the afternoon.

| This was a nice place. Very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was tasty. Nothing elaborate, but quite a pleasant experience.

| Nice hotel, great location (about 3/4 mile from Pacific Ocean, 30 min to downtown SF in the sleepy community of Half Moon Bay). Nice hot tub and a great outdoor fireplace to sit next to while enjoying a bottle of fine Napa wine. Continental breakfast was very nice...make your own Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. Small fridge in your room. Spacious room with vaulted ceilings and a nice courtyard.

| We used this hotel as a one-night get-away from the Bay Area. We found the staff lovely and the room and grounds even lovelier. The pool and semi-enclosed hot tub were wonderful and away from the rooms. The room felt more like a bedroom than a hotel room. It even had a sliding glass door and balcony.

| Rooms were very comfortable. Motel is older and has been improved over the years, so normal walking on the upper floors does transmit noises to the lower floor. Excellent complimentary breakfast provided with attentive service by an attendant. Very good free wireless internet service.

| I had to attend a 2-day meeting at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay but wanted cheaper accomodations so I picked the Half Moon Bay Lodge which was just round the corner and much cheaper. The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is that the corridors are paved with tiles which is very noisy when other guests pull their luggages on it.
