| This was my first visit to Tallinn and I was very pleased staying at this hotel. I did upgrade to Business class and was very pleased with the room. The high speed Internet was very important to me, it was wired, though it was not a big deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had a question or was looking for a restaurant for dinner. The hotel is basically across the street and down a block from the Old Town and was very convenient for site seeing, eating at a restaurant, or just having a beer at one of the local establishments. The shopping mall is also attached to the hotel which was convenient for a number of reasons. The hotel says it has laundry facilities, but that turned out to be they'll send out your clothes in the morning and return them the follow day in the evening. The laundry service was a little pricey, but I had to extend my stay and I appreciated the service. If/when I return to Tallinn, I will very likely stay at this hotel again.
