| The hotel is located on the south side of the island, far from the activities, but the whole island can be toured around within 2 hrs. The hotel has many daily trips available, it is a waste to even rent a car. The hotel itself is amazing especially if someone gets the all inclusive package, the food is amazing, they have a buffet and four restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly, we felt very free and happy there. They have a lounge with these colorful couches, a live band almost every night. We went in the rainy season but it didnt bother us at all, the rain lasts for a few minutes and the sun comes up right after. The hot tub, the pools are amazing, they are overlooking the see. Not many people use the beach, but the scenery is breathtaking. It was a wonderful experience, very relaxing, we loved the trips to the volcano, the jungle and the Latille falls. We would definitely go back there again. A practical advice, there are two airports on the island. The bigger one is located right next to Coconut Bay so no hassle is involved, they have giant jets. The other airport is on the other side of the island and they cant use larger planes. It is best to arrive to the one that is closest to your resort because the travel time could be 2 hrs from the airport if the resort is on the other side. Taste the banana ketchup and the mangos are delicious.

| The staff were invariably warm, friendly, and helpful. The resort is very attractive. The art and decor is very nice but is not intended to overwhelm with glass, shiny metal and mirrors. Lots of beautiful wood and comfortable cushioned chairs. If you like colorful and comfortable surroundings without a lot of shiny brass, you'll like the taste. The beach is okay. The sea grass is definitely there. But, subject to your preferences, sitting on the manicured grass beside the beach in nice lounge chairs under shady palm trees beats sitting in the sand anyway. Also, the water is beautiful, and you have a wonderful view of two rocky islands off to the right. If you don't mind a 10 minute beach walk with a small road side detour, you can get to a sheltered bay with white sand, no grass and beautiful clear water. The spa and staff are excellent. Massages are at additional cost, but definitely worth the experience. The buffet is very good. Breakfast is excellent. The salads are really good and offer lots of options. Fresh, local, and various fruits are great. The grill is good. The 2 specialty restaurants are nothing to write home about. The pools are very nice. The swim up bar is great. The bartenders in general are very nice and fun to interact with. We would have felt very and safe with our young children, and think they'd have enjoyed the place. The pools and water park are very good. And the activities (from passing by) seemed very nice.

| Hotel needs to be updated with plumbing, beds and furniture. Not at all like computer view. Plumbing and bathroom are outdated. Needs to have access to more activities. We were unable to take a boat ride because not enough people were signed up. This should not have mattered if we had the funds. Service and people were nice but we will not go back to this hotel nor would we recommend it to friends.

| We traveled with 5 other couples June 10 - 14 and were extremely satisfied with everything. The accomodations were great and the fact that we were on the Atlantic side did not bother us at all. The seagrass was on the beach but you could swim if you wanted. The hotel staff was great and very friendly. We ate at Silk, which was my favorite, and Bellagio. We did not have trouble getting reservations at all. One recommendation would be to not book any tours through the hotel...it is really pricey. We asked someone for contacts for a driver and we had ZEK drive us in a 15 passenger van to the sites we wanted to go (just ask someone at the hotel for his name) ...we through Soufriere and swam at Joulasie between the Pitons to snorkle. That was awesome. We also visited the volcano and one of the wateralls. We were about 1 hour away from the resort and that was OK...the drive was pretty scary. Very narrow, windey rodes so I'm glad I didn't have to travel 2 hours one way to Castries to stay at another resort. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay at CBR again!

| Visited the resort from 5/14/06 to 5/20/06. Overall, we were happy with the hotel. Only issues were a) amount of sea grass (can't swim in the ocean), b) need to travel at least a 1/2 hour by cab for any activities, c)Bellagio food is very much non-Italian, and d) the bathrooms do not have outlets to plug in curling irons or shavers. These items were mainly annoyances and nothing major. The resort was great for relaxation and quiet. Rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was an especially good value for the dollar.

| This resort exceeded my expectations. It is located only a few minutes away from the UVF airport. Upon entering the resort, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff. The check-in and check-out procedures were painless and brief. The staff there creates a family-like environment and they are extremely accomodating. There are many activities to keep everyone occupied - and they meet a variety of interests. Overall I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation in the sun.

| The hotel was pretty nice. Rooms were clean, Lots of fun for kids. The pools were clean and the overall grounds were beautiful. The most disappointing part of the hotel was the beach. The beaches were dirty with mounds of seaweed and not your typical caribean blue that we were use to. It was a bit scary to swim in and no one was even laying on the beach. No chairs or huts available even if you wanted to. To us, this was a major disappointment because the beach was the main reason we traveled to St. Lucia. The restaurants were good - had good service and good food. The one place where you mainly eat, Coconut Walk, however, had terrible service. No one was available and we had many meals without drinks. The food was not very good, either.

| It was a good hotel if you have kids with you, otherwise, not very lively. The entertainment was pretty lame after 10:30pm. Also there are no activities near the resort to do unless you want to spent a lot of money driving up to the north of the island. also the resort needs to change how they run the bookings of the activities, there was also a number on hoe many have to go before they booked it. besides these few things it was an average resort, but if I went back to St. Lucia I would be staying somewhere in the north of the island.

| We loved the location and the setting of the resort - absolutely beautiful! The food and service in the restaurants was so-so, but I would still go back again. The bartenders all gave great service with great personalities. I would recommend the Coconut Bay Resort.
