| The clerks at this hotel and the waitstaff were friendly and helpful. The room was also quite comfortable, with free 'net access. The only complaint was that the chair in the room was broken. To be fair, we were very busy and didn't have time to mention the problem to the front desk. I'm pretty sure they would have fixed it, and when I told them upon checkout they apologized and said they'd see to it quickly.

| This "hotel" has two sections one set-up like a hotel and one like a motel. Unless you know what to ask for in advance, chances are they'll stick you with a the motel room... car doors, noisy engines and other parking lot noises all night.

| Great hotel--we came to see the White Sox spring training games and had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the pool is lovely, and the citrus trees give a wonderful scent to the walks around the courtyard. The hotel is located in the best area of Tucson--near golfing, shopping, and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

| The hotel was great, staff was great, outdoor area was nice w/ all the citrus fruits too! As we were leaving, they were starting major renovation - renovation on a hotel that's already great - any improvements on the hotel will only enhance its appeal!

| Decent place to stay, but there were minor things that kept it from getting a five, such as the beds being made improperly and the remote needing to be replaced. On the plus side, the free high-speed internet worked without a hitch and proved valuable for finding directions and looking up places to see around town.

| great place to stay, very nice and clean hotel. convenient to all things in tucson. only bad thing i can think of is the beds are small (double beds will not fit two adults comfortably), and the pillows are the size of throw pillows! you will want to bring your own or ask for extras. great pool and spa.

| I would recommend requesting an interior, court-yard entry room and/or to request to stay in the tower. We had to stay on the back side of the hotel with a parking-lot facing entry-way, which was not as aesthetically pleasing. Also, we had to hear cars pulling in and out of the parking lot all night.
