| We were put in a non-smoking room but it still smelled like smoke. They had people outside our door smoking. There was trash around the trask bins.

| i wasn't impressed with the room compared to how much i paid. checking in wasn't hard but the employees at the desk were somewhat rude and not so friendly. the morning crew were very pleasant and ready to help. probably a really good hotel for conventions but not for an overnight stay.

| The rooms were clean for the most part. they had the flattest pillows, I guess you could bring your own. The room was not ready 3:30 when we arrived and were told to come back in 1 or 2 hrs. We might have been happier if they would have at least offered us a free breakfast or something!! It was Okay . I just will look for something else next time.

| My wife and I ended up with this hotel on a weekend trip to Ft Worth b/c everything else was booked b/c of the NASCAR race in town. Hands down the worst hotel (it's actually a MOTEL)I have ever stayed in. The lady at the front desk was far from friendly. We show up at our room and the electricity does not work in the bathroom, the room smells, and there is a not so pleseant feel to the room. When we asked for another room due to the lack of electricity, we were told they have no rooms left, they sent the maintenance guy. After showing up with a light bulb and an hour later, we get another room. This room was slightly better, but we had to take showers with flip flops on due to how dirty the rooms were. We ended up leaving and driving 3 hrs home that night. Wish I would have known how this place was sooner, we could have saved our money instead of driving 3 hours for a shower. If this is the only place to stay, sleep in your car.

| I wasn't sure what to expect. The Green Oaks is an older hotel but is currently being remodeled. It is comfortable, well-maintained and has an excellent staff. When there was a delay in the kitchen, the staff was excellent and took care of the problem quickly. It is convenient to I-30 and only minutes from downtown. I will defintely stay there again.
