For my travel to the States from Japan,I stayed at this hotel in the night of Aug 2nd-3rd, only 1 night. While in the hotel, I felt fairly comfortable as opposed to my expectation. Certainly, this is not a fancy hotel with extremely prepared services, gorgeous embellishments. However, facilities were mainained and minimum level of equipments were available. The location was good, which took me only 5-10minutes ride to get there from the railway station. The people at the frontdesk(actually only one guy that served me then) were nice and kind. If I have another opportunity to visit Denver, I will probably choose this one, unless I can find anything more attractive.

I traveled in the middle of June from Seattle and was on a budget, but still wanted to be in a location convenient to downtown. The hotel was just NW of downtown Denver and was quickly accessible by car. The hotel was in an area where there were few retail businesses or residences, so the only people going by were also staying at the hotel; it felt much more safe than I had expected. My non-smoking room smelled of smoke, and the room didn't seem very clean, but for one night there and at the price I paid, I didn't regret it, though next time I'll just spend a few more bucks.

The hotel is inexpensive; but clean and safe. There was no contact with the front desk except to get my key the first day. I would go back because all I need is to sleep. (Note: my responses to the questionare are based on what you would expect for your money)

Very low cost hotel with few, if any amenities. By what I saw most guests stay at an hourly rate. Great location, but the atmosphere is not for a family.

I had an overview of Denver. It was beautiful. I wish the hotel had a continetal breakfast. The room was very clean, however, there was a slight smell. My overall stay was okay. I would suggest to go ahead and spend the extra few dollars to get a better hotel. If you have a limited budget like I did then you will be satisfied with this hotel.

This is one of the cheapest hotels in the area. It was a short cab ride to the downtown location that we had to get to, and it suited our purposes, which was to stay in Denver for one night and have a place to crash after being at the bars in the LoDo area. The staff was very friendly and easygoing. The hotel is certainly noting fancy, and I would not reccomend it if you are looking for luxury of any kind. But for convenience and price, it does the trick.

this is an old, clean, well located motel. If you just need a shower and a bed you can't beat this for the money. Walls are thin I'll bring ear plugs next time. But it is comfortable and clean and very cheap.
