| From the outside, the Deluxe Hotel looks pretty nice. Once you walk in though (and after you pay) we found filthy carpets leading down a dark hall with broken lights. There were holes in the towels, and cigarrette burns on the sheets. The hotel is used as a residence, and is right next to a major freeway. If it was cheap, I might not mind, but I was amazed that they could get away with what they charged.

| We got in late on a friday night. The checkin booth worker hardly talked to us and was on the phone and didn't get off to help. When we got in the room there were ants crawling in the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken and had tape to hold it together that was dirty. The pillows were flat and the sheets had stains and writing on them. Also we requested a non-smoking room and when we walked in we could smell a strong smoke smell. The patio door was propped open as if that would make the smell go away. It was completely disgusting and I barely slept all night because it was uncomfortable and dirty. The hallways and elevator/stairways were dirty as well. The name "Deluxe Inn" does not fit this hotel. This ruined the first day of the trip and we were only there for the weekend! I wish someone else had written a review so I could have avoided this horrible experience.

| They are in the middle of a remodel. We booked 2 adults and 2 kids. There were only two towels (not bath size), which were like sandpaper and very thin, the pillows had no fluff at all and no tissues in the bathroom. However, the bathroom was clean and the room large. If you need a room and nothing else is availale it was fine. However, the room rate was just as expensive as the much nicer hotel we normally stayed in. It was NASCAR weekend, so you have to factor that in also.

| The hotel was just off the freeway, so the room was a bit noisy. It obviously used to be a nicer hotel, with a pool and spa, etc., but now is quite run-down. The rooms were clean, however, and the neighborhood wasn't too scary. I don't regret staying there, but I don't think I would stay again.
