| The hotel was good. Watchout! Parking is extra. Great location. Wireless connection was weak. Room was great. Hotel lobby was warm this was most likely cuz that was an extemely hot weekend. The rates were a little on the higher side but overall it was a good place and I would recommend the hotel if you are travelling to Ottawa.

| Reception desk personell were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is well situated downtown within walking distance of events, sites, restaurants, shopping. Would go back.

| The Quality hotel has a great location - everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and when we arrived the front desk people were very helpful. Later in the evening, however, when we asked for an extra pillow, the front desk was downright rude. And they wouldn't give us one. Kind of strange, and there was no reason as far as we could tell to be so rude about it. I would probably stay there again, if other options weren't available.

| This hotel is very close by the american embassy . well connected to the airport with the shuttle. the room maintenance is good. only wireless internet is not available for use in the rooms. its available only in the lobby. if internet is also available then i would have been extremely impressed

| Quality Hotel is comfortably located in Downtown Ottawa. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooms are clean as well. It is walking distance from Rideau Center, US Embassy and vaious museums and a short drive from Parliament Hill. Some features that were not present was a microwave in the room. Also, there is no high-speed access in the room. You would have to go down to the lobby for high speed internet access. If you have a wireless card, maybe in the room you can browse the internet but the signal is usually feeble. Parking is available in the hotel but was expensive.
