| I was traveling with my 8 and 10 year old children, and we all felt the Oaks was a bit "yucky." The "non-smoking" rooms were in a very smoky hallway with ashtrays every 10 feet. The hot tub was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom, and the pool deck was littered with bits of soggy food and felt like it wasn't well-maintained. The room itself was nice enough - clean and didn't smell of smoke -- but as you can get a room in a chain hotel for much less money, get free internet (which the Oaks doesn't offer), and get a higher standard of cleanliness, I wish we'd gone with a chain.

| Room service attempted to clean our room but failed to knock on two ocassions before entering the room that was still currently occupied.
