| We had a guaranteed late check in but they gave our room away. We had 3 adults and they gave us one king bed and a smoking room. There was a pullout sleeper sofa but it was very hard uncomfortable and we had to make this bed. The next day they could give us a non smoking room but still only one king bed and again I had to make the bed. They were not very helpful and I would never stay there again.

| The customer service and reception were nice but when I opened the shower curtain the next morning the shower grout was more than 50% full of mold. The room was nicely appointed and the linens were above average. The hallways were noisey due to being close to some of the meeting rooms and having younger children as guests in the hotel. The service in the breakfast area was a bit chaotic on Sun. morning. The staff was woring very hard but could not keep up with seating, and restock of the buffet line. The staff reconfigured the tables to accomodate different sized parties but at times this configuration blocked pathways through the eating area to the buffet area. The cost of the buffet was $7.95 and that was good value for the variety of food served but the frustration of the excessive noise, blocked pathways and lack of food being restocked would cause me to reconsider a return to the food service area. Perhaps a reservation or call ahead service would be helpful.
