Awesome hotel!! The food was good. Oceana was the best resteruant by far, highly recommend it. Great seafood and atmosphere right on the beach. Wish we wouldn't have waited until our last night to go. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was amazing. They don't lie when they say ocean views from every room. Our view was breathtaking. Entertainment staff was wonderful, especially Miguel and Blair!! Pools were great, drinks were good, try the Miami Vice, it is muy bueno. We were hesitant at first but we were so happy with our choice of resorts. Resort offers snorkeling trip for a fraction of the price you would pay anywhere else, be sure to do it!! Room service was prompt and excellent. Drawbacks: Timeshare salesperson on property, beach you couldn't swim in, check in was at 3pm, but our room wasn't ready until 5pm. Be sure when you use the hotel shuttle you pay for a round trip, you won't be able to just do a one way back from town.

My girlfriend and I went to Dreams Los Cabos over the 4th of July weekend as a much needed break. We were a little put off with the high pressure sales job we recieved twice at the airport causing us to almost miss our shuttle connection to the Hotel. Clearly these people are highly motivated to sign people up for timeshare presentations and do not take no for an answer. Once we arrived at the hotel we got another similar pitch from the concierge. Our room was fantastic, the service fabulous and the hotel beautiful. Aside from the 10-15 minutes of obnoxious sales pressure we had a fantastic time.

As newlyweds, our trip to Dreams Los Cabos was outstanding! The way to go is all inclusive--we ate and drank all day everyday--with room service 24 hours a day! The service was outstanding and the food was good. If you want to go to Cabo San Lucas for the day, there is a bus that costs $1.00 that you have to cross the street in front of the resort to catch, but it's better than paying $6.00 a person each way on the van from the resort. If you want to walk on the beach and swim in the ocean, this place probably isn't for you. The sand is very rocky and the waves are so rough you can't even put your feet in the water. We heard you could walk about a mile down the shore and get in the water, but we just stayed in the infinity pool with the swim up bar at the resort.

Hotel overlooks beautiful view of beach and ocean, we enjoyed watching and listening to the huge waves from our balcony. Room was very clean, food was pertty good (breakfast was the best). Shuttle to town is not free unless you have a time share. $6.00 USD each way per person.

It is a shame that there is such a beautiful location to visit and unsurpassed surroundings with such poor staff. Not only were they rude, non-attentive and extremely unhelpful, they made us feel that were were putting them out every time we asked a question, made a drink order, requested a ride into town, etc. No one wants to feel like they are an annoyance while they are on vacation. Perhaps they should be reminded that we are there on "vacation" and it is their JOB to help as employees of the hotel. We were also tipping (even though we were on an all inclusive vacation) and this made no difference. The food was wonderful, the rooms were great and extremely clean, the maid service came in twice a day and had turn down service. They cleaned your room up and left flowers and mints at turn down which was extremely nice. The pools were emaculate and the extra activities were fun. The waiters and bartenders need lots of work!

I stayed at this hotel last year after 2 weeks of research of all hotels in this area. What a great choice. This hotel is awesome, beautiful, and friendly. I was surprised by the quality of food and customer service. This year I took my children with me and they had a great time. We will definately go back.
