| This was our second stay at the sheraton. the rooms are very nice, and the restaurant downstairs has excellent food. The vending machine on our floor was empty for the duration of our stay, and the ice machines on several floors were not functioning. other than that, we had a good stay.

| The hotel was initially hard to find but once located it is very easy to get in and out of, especially if you valet. The valet, Bell svc was very efficient, it will cost you daily, but I thought well worth it. The bed/bedding was fabulous, the room service delivers w/in 30 mins or it's free. I had a great view. Easy access to the freeways. The food could have been improved on (room service orders), it was the only weak area, not bad but just not great.

| Nicely updated, downtown Sheraton. Great location in Oklahoma City. Short walk to Bricktown (many restaurants, entertainment). Nice, very comfortable rooms were clean and pretty quiet. Common areas felt good - lots of space and well kept. Staff was welcoming and efficient. I would stay here again.

| We stayed at the Sheraton for a family weekend, attending an event in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but right behind the elevators. We would have appreciated more soundproofing, because the constant elevator noise made it sound like we were in a bowling alley all night. It was very convenient from the highway, and easy to get to local attractions like the memorial and Bricktown. Considering the price of the hotel, queen beds would have been nice. I also think hotel guests should get free parking with the price.
