| This most beautiful example of early Australian architecture was built in 1910 and was originally home to the Brigidine order of nuns in Coonamble, located nearly 600kms west of the Hunter Valley. After careful reconstruction this romantic retreat now sits amidst magnificent landscaped gardens and vineyards. Positioned with in the Pepper Tree complex, Peppers Convent is only a short stroll from the Pepper Tree Winery and tasting barn and the renowned Robert's Restaurant, offering one of Hunter Valley’s most highly acclaimed dining experiences.
