| No one at this motel has heard of customer service; even being polite was difficult for them during simple checkin and checkout procedures. Even though they say pets are allowed, they are not happy to have them and they make this very clear in both attitude and policy. The room I had, while clean, had a broken chair, and the owners were offering old lamps and microwaves for sale in the parking lot... not attractive. The parking lot was strewn, absolutely covered, with cigarette butts and even a few pieces of trash. Just generally an unpleasant experience and I think the 2 star rating is inappropriate.
