| Stayed in this hotel for just one night. Clean exterior, but the guestrooms corridors were a little dirty and sure could have used some "freshening up". Room was very, very small, but very clean and the staff was nice. Good economical place to sleep if you don't want to pay the higher prices at neighboring hotels.

| Rooms are very small and sparsely equipped. Had stains on mattress and carpet. Three story hotel with limited entrances. It's location is very convenient and is fine for a quick stay for a single business person but is not good for an extended stay by a couple.

| Nice location to central Arizona sites: Sedona, Montezoma'a castle, Jerome, etc. Hotel was clean but nothing exceptional. Highpoint was probably the public jacuzzi that had both a mountain and a nice sunset view. Staff was not particularly helpful on local attractions.
