| I had reserved a room with 1 king bed, however when I checked in, I was given a room with 2 full beds because there were no kings left. Not many amenities included...spend less somewhere else and get more for your money!

| The sink outside the bathroom had a large hole in it and my wife and I were constantly being bit by bed bugs or fleas. We were unable to watch movies due to the system being down and the beds were too small.

| We stayed at this hotel from August 18th to August 21st, 2006. We found the hotel staff to be helpful and friendly. Although the hotel does not have a business center, the front desk staff let us use their computers to print travel documents. The complementary pie and lemonade each afternoon were a nice touch. The hotel is truly walking distance into Colonial Williamsburg (about a 15 minute walk into the heart of the town). The location is ideal and the hotel is close to all major highways and attractions. It was a perfect spot for our vacation. Our only complaint was that the wireless internet access had a weak signal in our room; however, the wireless works great in the lobby.

| This hotel was centrally located, the rooms where recently remodeled, the beds where comfortable so all in all it was a pretty good place to stay for the money. Also, it accepted pets which on this trip for me was important. It is hard to find a hotel that is decent that accepts pet. Overall, I would recommend it and stay there again.

| I chose this hotel because it is very convenient to historic Williamsburg and because it was one of the few places I could find in our price range that had king size beds. Since my husband is 6'4", a king or queen is pretty much a requirement. I requested one, but when we arrived all they had were rooms with two doubles. When Expedia says your requests are not guaranteed, they really mean it. The desk attendant was very nice about it, but had no king rooms available to offer us. Fortunately, upon inspecting the room, we discovered that their double beds are extra long, FYI. We both thought the room was nicer than the public areas of the hotel. The furniture appeared to have been updated recently. The bathrooms were fairly small--had to close the bathroom door to get in and out of the shower or else climb over the toilet. The main complaint we had was the noise. You could literally hear every word said by a person passing by in the hallway, so it is not ideal if you want to sleep in. In summary, this hotel is very convenient to the historic district (also only 2 miles from Busch Gardens), so if you're just looking for a place to sleep while you tour the attractions, this is a good place to stay. If you have specific bed requirements, call before you pay.

| My 10 year old son and I stayed there while we visited Colonial Williamburg and Busch Gardens. Our room was neat clean and comfortable, everything worked and the staff was friendly. This hotel, which also has suites, is in an excellent location for all the attractions. Its a good place for families that does not gouge you on room service fees or$6 bottles of water. I think its a good choice.

| The room was not clean, the carpet was old and stained, the room (nonsmoking) had a musty odor to it. Very disappointing for a Sheraton Four Points.

| We arrived at 3 pm to check ( check in time stated by the hotel) We were kept waiting in the lobby for 1 hour. The reason for the wait was the rooms were being cleaned. After waiting all that time we were given 1 room instead of 2 and told to wait in the room (not the lobby) for the second room. 30 minutes later I went back to the front desk and insisted on a room assignment. They gave me the key and we went to check the room. No one had been on that floor cleaning in the time we were waiting. When I went in the room, the pillow cases were rumpled so I pulled down the covers to find all the dirty sheets in a ball under the comforter. The curtains were falling off the wall and both bathrooms had broken sinks and badly stained tubs. I complained again to the front desk and about 30 minutes later a cleaning team came and cleaned the room. One of the cleaning ladies stated that the state of our room was "not unusual"

| Besides the room not being available until just before the online "check in time", everything about the room was acceptable. The toilet flushed slow but what are you going to do? Everything else, including the cleanliness, was up to par.

| I have stayed in Sheratons before but was extremely disappointed with cleanliness and comfort in this particular one. Carpet was visibly stained, bathroom sink leaked on floor everytime water was cut on,and all the pillows they give you on the beds are more comfortable to sleep on the floor with than the matresses. Indoor pool seemed to be closed more than open which was a true disappointment to the children. To sum it all up paid for a three night stay but forfeited the last night.
