| we requested the smoking room but it was bad. no carpet,needing some upkeep. as we were heading to the front desk we checked the other first floor rooms and they were nice. Newer flooring, paint and overall cleanliness. we had no problem switching but had to sign a smoking warning if they had to clean. the pool was very nice and access was easy. the overall stay was nice.

| Heated pool was great. Location made easy access to many nearby attractions. Owner was a great travel guide with extensive knowledge of many areas of South Florida. He found us a great deal on a mini trip, and had many contacts for price breaks for locat attractions!

| Somewhat dated property but with good basic facilities in rooms, bedroom area, sitting room with dining table, kitchenette and bathroom. Nice dockside over water deck with Tiki style covered tables and chairs available. Friendly staff.

| Hotel was acceptable. Carpets were worn and facility generally "worn". Price was reasonable and facility was clean and acceptable for our purposes.
