| Our reservation was booked and confirmed with a lake view which we were told was not available upon arrival. After producting all the expedia confirmation paperwork, they decided to grant the original reservation. Our room was located in Tower 3. Towers 1 & 2 are the oldest and I didn't see any screened in porches. I would definately request the newest towers next time (Tower 4,5,6...). Our room had an amazing lake view with a screened in porch. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really big and luxurious. There is a lot of noise between rooms. Especially if the maid is cleaning at 7:00 on Sunday morning!

| Very nice location on the lake shore, nice condos, beautiful views, excellent property, but very noisy. The neighbors had a crying baby, and could everything. Small children skate boarding outside our 4th floor condo balcony walk area, earlt mornings and late nights. If you don't care about sleep, and want a good room on the lake shore, this is a good one!

| The rooms were excellent, sleeper sofa not so comfortable, but very clean. Pool needs a makeover though.

| We had a 2 bedroom suite and were very pleasently surprised by the amount of room! We had a ton of space. The kitchen was big and the master bath was huge! The veiw of the lake from the balcony is beautiful! This definatly exceeded our expectations. The only negative is that we didn't have maid service, but we just asked for more towels at the front desk.

| Awesome view of sunsets over the lake and mountains. Awesome price in late May before their busy season starts. My room was actually a condo with full kitchen, REAL living room and dining area, large bathroom and separate bedroom. Unbeatable deal.

| The hotel was really nice and spacious...however, the VCR didn't work, the pull out bed was uncomfortable and a light bulb busted out over our head while watching television. I will plan to visit again to see if the service is better.

| It was like a small one bedroom condo. The sofa bed was awful,so me & my girls had too sleep together.The bed was so small that I slept on the couch the first night & my children on the floor the second night. If anyone knows what a Brown Recluse or Fiddled Back spider is, well I killed four in two days & one was on the blanket on the floor with my kids!!Killed it. So no trip too the emergency room.
