| Hotel was clean, convenient to the casinos and an easy drive to Memphis. It was a good value. It needs more options for dining in the hotel although there are several at the casino which is accessible through frequent shuttle service.

| I stayed at this hotel on the way north. The hotel is hard to find, especially driving at night. The valet folks were not around to assist, and I had to park on the far end of a very large parking lot. The only place to eat after 8:00 was in the casino, which is a shuttle ride across the property. I had to fight to get a spot on the shuttle. The room was clean, but rather sparse. This is not a four star experience, but the price was right. If you are using this hotel as a stop off point while heading up or down I55, it is not worth the trouble. Stay in West Memphis.

| We really enjoyed our stay at the Veranda. We were there for four nights and had a great time. We traveled 900 miles to go there and would go back again. We had our own car so we can't comment on the shuttle service, but we saw them running all the time from the hotel to the casino.

| The only "complaint" I have: the room's climate comfort zone-sometimes too warm, but, overall, comfortable. The resort's buffet had a very good variety of choices. We also liked the fact that there was a shuttle available for transportation.
