| Pool was small but nice, lobby was clean, and room was fine, but bed was as hard as a rock. Also found a toenail clipping on the floor. Ugh! I don't think I'll go this cheap next time.

| The front desk ladies were sweet and helpful. Check in took only a few seconds as they had already checked us in. We notified them ahead of time of our late, late check in time. Elevator is really slow. Hallways smelled like smoke upstairs. Our room was clean, but well worn. Ceiling showed heavy water damage, sheets/blankets were quite frayed. The lobby looked ok, and the continental breakfast seemed to be the standard that's going these days. However, if you're tired and just need rest, it's comfortable enough to lay your head and get some shot-eye.

| The hotel exterior looked pretty run down, but the inside was not too bad. the hallways were sweltering, but our air conditioning worked fine in our room, so we were able to cool down. the staff was pretty friendly, especially the lady doing the breakfast. she was super nice and helpful. considering the price and great location (less than a mile away from the best italian restaurant macaroni grill) right next to hanes mall, i'd say this was a pretty good value for the money.

| The hotel was convenient for our purpose (picking up our son from camp) of a quick overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. We didn't want to spend alot of money and the morning breakfast was just right. The room was clean but had that stale smell...so bring a candle or air freshener. After that, this was a good choice and met our need.

| Upon arrival and checking in, I was given a room wherein the room key didn't even work so I went back to the front desk wherein they obviously didn't believe me and went to try the key as well. At that point they moved me to another room across from the meeting room. The air condition didn't work, and on three different occasions, the air condition didn't work wherein the engineer had to replace it the air condition three times. The same evening, my TV went out and I called the front desk to inform them of my TV going out wherein the rep. advised me that there was no one on the property to come take a look or exchange my TV and that I had to wait until the morning when the engineer came in at 9:00 a.m. however, he did ask me if I wanted to change rooms. On the second day I had to ask what time did they clean rooms because it was 4:30 p.m. and my room hadn't been cleaned and was told by the housekeeping that they must forgot my room. I requested that the front desk turn on my phone to make local calls which was free and they did however, the next morning I went to make a call and they had turned off my phone and when I asked what happened to my phone I was informed that I had to pay an additional $20.00 to have my phone turned back on and if I didn't make any long distance calls they would reimburse me the $20.00 upon check out.

| An old, old hotel... the plumbing was much like that of a small, quaint European inn- without the charm. That said, it was clean for its apparent age and the location was a few blocks away from shopping and chain restaurants. And it's right off the freeway.

| There were 4 in our party. We are hairdressers going to a siminar at the Convention Center. In the morning getting ready it took 15 after each shower for the tub to drain, that made us late for our classes. The carpet was so dirty that our socks were dirty. It was either hot or cold no medium. We were very disappionted in our stay and the condtion of the hotel

| Hotel is basic. Old building, hallways don't look too good, but rooms are clean and large. Good for the price. Quiet. Friendly staff.
