| convenient to freeways and mesa, phoenix, scottsdale. just across from arizona mills mall where there are some outlet stores. main gripe is that no one ever answers the phone at the front desk. they say complimentary high speed internet access but when i couldn't get on with my laptop and called downstairs, they said they'd send someone up but no one came. overall it was comfortable though.

| I read reviews for several hotels before I booked a trip to take my son to college. My goal was to get inexpensive but nicely decorated and very clean. The reviews were true. I even think the carpet was new. They didn't use bedspreads so you didn't have to wonder! The whole place was so clean, very helpful front desk, comfy bed and pillows. The pool was out of order one day but the neighbor hotel is a sister hotel and it was easy to use their pool. My hotel even called ahead while I was on my way over and the "sister" handed me a key card when I walked in. The front desk confirmed my flight on-line and printed off boarding tickets. Summary - super friendly, comfortable and clean. Right across from Arizona Mills Mall and 4 miles to ASU.

| Love this hotel. Room was spacious and clean (we had a ground floor room). The room was cooled before we arrived and it was great to enter a cool room after being in 106 degree heat. Beds were the most confortable I've slept in. Great atmosphere. I would stay there again.

| I don't think that this is on par with most of Marriott's hotels. I was in a suite which was crammed with as much furniture as they could squeeze into one room.

| When I reserved this hotel for a brief stay, I was not expecting such a great place. This hotel was clean and very comfortable. The Microwave and min fridge helped lots and the sitting area was so relaxing. I can't wait to go back.

| The room was large and comfortable. I was surprised at how clean the bathroom was compared to some other hotels. The bed was comfortable and best of all the pillows were thick and comfy! The night time clerk came across as unfriendly and unconcerned - she did not answer the phone when we called down to ask about our room being "missed" by housekeeping the first day but did provide clean towels when we physically went down to the front desk to ask for them, since the phone was never answered. The next day before we left to go out, I called down to the front desk and the day time clerk was very accommodating and friendly and said he would ask housekeeping to come up promptly - which they apparently did. When we returned the room was clean and fresh and ready for another night's stay. The free breakfast was good but very crowded on Saturday. The next two mornings we got our breakfast "to go" and ate in our room. That worked, too!
