| The hotel is located just two tenths mile from the Arizona Mills outlet mall and four miles from Arizona State University. Downtown Phoenix is fifteen miles northwest of the hotel. Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with work space. Some studios also have a sofa bed. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining and work areas. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, one full bath and furnished living room with dining and work areas. All accomodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.

| This hotel was reasonably priced and was easily accesible and centrally located to a lot of things. The best feature of this hotel was its breakfast. The make your own waffels were suoerb!

| very affordable price for students, friendly front desk/room service, continental breakfast included. Close to the airport, ASU, and Arizona mill. The kitchen is fully equipped. I would stay again.

| Excellent value hotel with breakfast, newly decorated rooms and luxury linens. Next to Arizona Mills mall and central location for our college tours to ASU and U of A. The kitchen and amenities were a big help for a family. Computer & internet access in lobby was very helpful.

| This hotel is a great place to stay. I enjoyed the three days that I stayed there. The breakfast each morning was good quality and freshly made. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitly return in the future.

| The hotel suite with two bedrooms was very roomy - reminded me of an apartment fully furnished with a kitchen. There were some mix ups with our clients rooms and no crib was available for us. However, after insisting they find us a crib they did locate one at another hotel and brought it to us.

| The hotel staff was very helpful with local information and accomodating. Free continental breakfast included some hot foods and a good selection. Hotel location easy to reach expressways. I would stay here again.

| Hotel is real average, suites are not really suites by any standard, more like a traditional hotel room, with a kitchen. Staff is OK... Did not seem like they were interested in helping.
