| My room smelled of something I can't identify; not really horrible enough to complain about, but annoying. I had to keep the window open and the wall mount air conditioner on low half the night to circulate the air. The night desk clerk speaks some sort of unintelligible Indian-English dialect. I couldn't tell if he was happy or put out that I showed up. The free fruit and coffee was a nice touch though. The bathroom was clean enough, the sink being surprisingly classy, but I think the shower nozzle was designed for blasting paint off buildings. The road noise is incessant; bring you ear plugs. I'll probably try another hotel/motel next time. But who knows; the Keefer Inn may be the best one in King City !
