| Amazing place! Enourmous. 2 bedrooms with king beds (though the mattresses were cheap and not very comfortable). 2 full baths, 1 with both walk-in shower and huge jacuzzi tub. 3 TV's with cable, the one in the living room also has DVD player. Full kitchen, Bar, living and dining rooms. Balcony overlooks the pool and beach on the Gulf of Mexico. You can see dolphins coming up for air and jumping out of the water, right from the balcony. It is located on Perdido Key, a beautiful white sand beach that goes as far as the eye can see in both directions from Palacio. Where it is a condo, not a hotel, there are few amenities. No restaurant, although several are nearby but not walking distance. No room service nor even maid service; there is a washer and dryer in the condo to do your towels. The place is very comfortably furnished (except for the beds) and tastefully decorated. If yo want to be waited on, its not for you. If you love your privacy and want to relax, you'll love it. If only the mattresses were better, now, I've mentioned that 3 times so it may be more of a problem than I first thought, but hey, I'd go back there in a heartbeat.

| This was my husband's and my first visit to this area. We were thrilled with our choice of hotel (condo). Having never stayed at a "hotel" like this (there are no hotels in the FL part of Perdido Key--all condos), we didn't know what to expect. We were highly satisfied with the room, which was very posh. The Gulf view from the living room and from the king-sized bed in the master bedroom was fantastic. The shower was about the size of a big walk-in closet! Didn't use pool but it was big and nice. Remember to bring pool/beach towels as only bathroom towels are provided. All else was provided except toiletries (bar soap was provided). They rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach, which was nice. We rented by the hour as we didn't want to get burned. Parking by the condo was limited but there was plenty of parking across the road.
