| This hotel offered great service. The desk personel were helpful and spoke excellent English. Though the hotel is a little far from Florence city center, they offered a free shuttle bus that goes to and from the city center every hour. They let me check in to the room early and scheduled an early cab for me to make my early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable with above average amenities for the price. I would definitly stay here again.
