| We were really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this room. It was very spacious and felt more like a condo than a hotel. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. While we didn't use the kitchen, it was large and recently updated. I would have felt very comfortable making a meal here. The decor was clean and tasteful. It was a great place to stay while visiting Hershey, PA. The hotel is located on a quaint downtown street that is great for a morning walk or browsing in the shops. I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

| Spacious 2 Br Suite (former condo's) in quite downtown district. Totally new eminities. Nice quite get away after a busy day at Hershey Park. Only several traffic lights (Approx. 5 Minute/5 miles) from the Park.

| I would recommend cocoa Flats to everyone. Its actually a two bedroom suite. Cocoa Flats is cleaner then most five star motels I have ever stayed at. I will stay their again.

| This hotel's major plus is the large suites. On the other hand, as a former hotel, it's furnished with the basics only...no ambiance. Our primary complaint was the lack of air conditioning in one room of the suite, but the living room air conditioner did cool that room down adequately. Overall, it was a good deal and very convenient.

| Perfect accomodations for a family of five. Nice apartment, and very comfortable. Best of all, parents have their own room with a king sized bed! Unfortunately, the train tracks are a little close and we could hear the train through the night.

| Was a great deal, 2 bedroom apts converted to motel rooms, plenty of room, Kids in one room, parents in the other, not like many hotels with one room for everything. This unit had living room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Awesome!
