| This is an all suite "college residence" hall with the basic aminities: Clean rooms, bathrooms and clean linen. Complimentary breakfast served most everything and was great.

| The room was large and well-lit. It had a pleasant smell (air freshener). There was also a coffee maker, microwave oven, and refrigerator. The vending area was somewhat unkempt. If all you wanted was ice - good; there were no snacks in the vending machine. But there was a satisfying continental breakfast available (pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, etc.). My family just needed a clean room with a shower, so we weren't expecting a five-star hotel. I wasn't dissatisfied

| The staff is quite nice, though the breakfast was pretty poor and the tables dirty. The rooms are fine. Each bed is in a seperate room with its own. The location is quiet and close to Toronto, but there are not a lot of places to eat nearby.
