| The Service in this hotel is really bad. I had a friend accompanying me and she arrived 4 hrs earlier. I had called to see if she could get into the room if I provide the proper personal info and credit card info and they denied. Then we requested the internet code and they took 45 minutes to get back to us. The room had no clock and the phone had no way of letting us know how to dial the front desk. Very overpriced probably because of the location (downtown montreal) however it is in a part of downtown where there is nothing to see. The parking was a plus however the parking garage is very small and easily overfilled. Was very hard to get out (requiring 4 people looking at all angles of my car so not to hit something) at all times. Not recommended at all.

| The hotel is convniently located close to the Latin Quarter. The restaurant (Armenian) is really good. The main problem is parking - the space is limited and very often it is full. One day i had to park in the garage at the next street (about $10 per day).

| Please advice that if the payment is made online via expedia, the hotel doesn't provide an invoice, so then the foreing customer cannot have an invoice to be presented in the customs as deductible

| Great hotel, great location. A few blocks from Rue St.Dennis. About 10-15 min walk from Old town. Free parking in a hotel's garage! That was very convenient, and not too many 3-star hotels offer it. The restaurant is cozy, but a bit pricy. But there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The only tiny inconvenience was that there is no way to get tea or coffee or even hot water in the hotel, and the rooms (at least our room) don't have coffee machines. We enjoyed our stay, will recommend it to our friends. We are looking forward to stay there again in our future trips to Montreal.

| The hotel is fine. The staff is a little slow but with patience it works. It is just behind the bus station where the airport shuttle leaves you. Next to a subway station in a trendy neighborhood. Recommended.

| House keeper forgot to replace shower cap after it was used the first day. Toilet seat also does not look clean. But front desk clerks are mostly very helpful, including helping me print out boarding pass and tour tickets, which they didn't have to. Would be helpful if they can provide on their website info such as transportation to and from the airport, to major tourist sites, what is the best recommendation transportation tool (by foot, car, subway?) etc.

| I was very pleased with the hotel, good size room, clean hotel.. only thing that I was unhappy was that the room did not have coffee :) hehe.. I would stay there again if i was going back to Montreal

| This is a good, clean hotel with nice, comfortable rooms. It is convenient to the entire city since it is next door to the municipal bus terminal. You have access to a direct airpot ubs and the entire subway system from there.

| Hotel staff was fine, however, the room did not have air conditioning. Even in May it was very uncomfortable.
