| I have yet to find a more unique & special place. There are only 21 units, so I knew we would be treated with a personal touch, but I had no idea just how far they would go to that end. The Hotel Manager greets each guest at the van, & escorts them to doors that are opened at just the right moment as you are greeted by your "Service Ambassadors" holding wet towels & cocktails. The reception area is magnificent with its open air atmosphere & elegant Caribbean furnishings. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The entire staff went above & beyond to make sure each guest was pampered, & treated as though they were the only ones there. This obviously starts at the top, as when the Manager learned that we wanted to go diving, but the only dive shop on the island was closed that week, he personally made the arrangements for the gear & boat, & took us on a private dive himself!! The resort has 25 miles of beach & you can walk for hours without seeing another person. The chef was superb, each night creating a different incredibly delicious menu. We learned quickly why only breakfast and dinner are included...you eat so much wonderful food at both, that you don't need lunch (be sure to try their coconut crusted french toast)! If you are looking for a very romantic, very private place to relax, the Beach House Barbuda is your place. We have a rule about not going to the same place twice, but this place will have to be an exception. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

| I really had a marvelous time at the Beach House. It was a beautiful property, and the service was wonderful. However, I thought that for the price I should not have to pay extra for the meal plan - the food is sublime, by the way - or the small plane to Barbuda (only USD 74 R/T).
