| This hotel has a beautiful river view and provides a nice continental breakfast with a "make your own waffles" feature. It is not in the heart of Ogunquit but the drive isn't far.

| The rooms are accessed by an outdoor deck. Each room faces a tidal estuary (river) which leads to the ocean. Chairs (not lounge chairs) on the deck are a good place to sit, read and relax. The hotel had all the basics done well: clean rooms and bathrooms, mini-fridge, and quiet. That is what we wanted. Located close to, but not in town, they have a shuttle to the center of town and the beach, or you can take the trolley which stops right out front. The one down side was that, typical of motel set ups, people walking by your room could look in, so if you wanted privacy you also loose your ocean view. We felt though, it was a good value for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful and it provided the get-away from our usual urban lives that we wanted.

| Staff was very nice. Room was nice. Cool view. Nice waterfalls at south end of lot. A bit less than two miles north of town center, but a good price. Nice breakfast provided.

| Off season specials abound in Ogunquit. This was nice enough, slightly tired but clean, with good service and nice breakfasts. Could have stayed elsewhere for less. Not sorry about the experience. It's on the outskirts of town, actually on the border with Wells. Would prefer something more central.

| don't expect amentities like internet access in room or cable movie channels. located about 2 miles from center of Ogunquit which is a plus and minus. Trolley stops right in front. Only real problem was the bed. Horrible! plastic feeling and uncomfortable.
