| Not alot of frills, bells, or whistles; just a good value near many restaurants and shopping with easy access to I-5 and located midway between Fort Lewis and Seattle-Tacoma Airport.

| Not a destination location but good access to freeway and places to eat nearby. Noise not bad for a freeway hotel. Overall an OK place but a little expensive for what you get.

| The Shiloh Inn in Tacoma is a little worn around the edges but all in all it was a very pleasant stay. I found the staff to be kind and courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The only unusual thing was the bathroom light was outside the bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It had a spa (wet and dry) and a jacuzzi and they all worked fine. There are only a few pieces in the "fitness room" but they also worked fine.

| I have stayed here before and pretty much knew what to expect. The rooms are OK, the service is good and the old addage "you get what you pay for" is true here. I wanted a quite convenient clean overinght place to stay, and that is what I got.

| We were on the 4th floor. The hotel has two hyways going by....the interstate and a smaller hyway. We kept thinking we had a window open because the traffic was so loud. We were so tired that, it didn't bother us that bad. The hot and cold facets were switched on the sink...not a big deal once we figured it out...but my questiion is....how does that happen? Any plubmer would know how to fix it! Coming up to the room, we loaded the elevator with about 8 people, and it didn't move! After a few minutes of sitting there and hearing voices outside, somehow the door came open and we took the stairs. Going down is fine. The pool is really nice....the staff were friendly and the cookies are great! The breakfast bar was average, but there are no tables to sit at! So, you sit on the couches etc., at the front door and eat on your lap. Overall, for the price, it is what I expected. The room is clean, and we really didn't spend much time there. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

| My fiance and I stayed at the Shiloh in May of 2005 for a business conference. The hotel was close to a wide variety of restaurants and retail shops, and was easy to find from the freeway. The best part about the hotel is the evening cookies - they are fantastic! The accommodations were confortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area could have had better seating, but it was a comfortable place to sit and relax during the evening. We did have to ask for towels, washclothes and soap after our room was cleaned...they forgot to leave new ones for us...but we had them within minutes of my request.
