| My family and I visited for the last trip of the summer. The hotel was clean and nicely kept. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the employees at the hotel were very helpful with directions and advice. We went with children and they had a great time, the location makes it a nice place for an adult getaway weekend as well.

| The Comfort Suites Innsbrook was very clean and well run. Staff was helpful and courteous. The business center with computer and printer access was especially helpful. Breakfast buffet was handy and good as was the afternoon snack buffet.

| The hotel was better than I expected. It is clean and well maintained. There is a really cool bar with over 250 beers within walking distance and a starbucks too!

| I really impressed my husband and two kids with this pick. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the teen loved the internet access. It was also nicely located in a quiet, corporate woods setting that was itself within a mile of some very nice shops and restaurants. If passing that way again, we'd definitely stay there.

| This was the best Comfort Suites we have stayed in. Food in the evenings; great breakfast in the mornings; clean; indoor pool; the works. We'd stop there again in a heart-beat if we were in the area.

| This was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast offered was better than most and the pool was nice (small but nice). The best part of our experience came when my nephew told me as we reached the highway that he left his 30GB ipod in the room. We called the hotel and the room attendant had turned it in to the front desk where it was waiting for us to call. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

| My first visit to this hotel, and what a pleasure to be their guest. Amazingly, their breakfast (included in the room rate) feature french toast, eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles...many things not typical of a hotel that is rated 2 stars. Friendly staff, lovely decor, indoor pool. Great option if you're in the Richmond area.
